Why is my trial expired? +

The free trial lasts 7 days from the date of first activation. After expiry, contact your IPTV provider or the admin to renew your subscription.

Can I use on multiple devices? +

Each device has a unique MAC address and requires its own activation. Each device can store multiple playlists independently.

How do I change my playlist? +

Log in to Manage Playlists, delete your old playlist, and add a new one. Changes sync to your device within seconds.

My device shows as "Banned" +

Device bans are applied by the administrator for policy violations. Contact support via email with your MAC address to dispute a ban.
